Denzil de Cristo is a whimsical, pun loving comedian. Always friendly, sometimes corny and occasionally naive, Denzil loves playing with words.
Expect imaginative and witty stories, “what if’s” and one-liners.
Originally from Manchester, Denzil settled in Nottingham, and started standup by mistake in 2018.
He is now a full-blown comedy addict, running his own gigs, as well as supporting other addicts to get their joke fix with East Midlands Comedy Writers.
He is the host of Den of Laughs, one of the hosts of Lamb Comedy Club Derby and guest MC for other promoters in the East Midlands, as well as hosting Den of Fools – Funny / Punny Improv Panel Show at comedy festivals.
Denzil has also several character acts including Queen Elizabeard, and King Charles Spaniel III
